Refunds and returns are determined on a case-by-case biases.

Please reach out if your package arrives damaged. Please take pictures of the package before opening. If the item is broken, I will need both the pictures of the package and the item inside.

For Made to Order Items, it may take up to 2 weeks to be ready to ship based on the number of items and it takes time to make.

Ready-made items, will take 3 to 5 business days to ship. We do not send out shipments on Sundays and Holidays.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Customer information will never be shared to outside parties including those that receive items as gifts. Promotional emails will be periodically sent out to announce new items, sales, or website updates.
